Wills & Probate

Making a Will makes sense. It is easy to do and puts your mind at rest. Once you have made a Will, your wishes are legally binding. It also gives you peace of mind knowing that you are protecting those you love. It can save your estate inheritance tax and it gives you the opportunity to appoint Executors to carry out your wishes. The truth is, if you die without making a will, the state could inherit everything you have. Our Wills & Probate solicitor is Rachel Polley.
